Having worked in two of Vancouver's most revered pastry kitchens with Rhonda Viani at WEST Restaurant and Thomas Haas of SEN5ES, Shaya has the pastry skill and creativity needed to make your "sweet dreams" happen. Baking to her is second nature, baking for her family as early as the age of eight. Yet it took many years of soul searching to realize that her calling was in the pastry arts. When the oven is off and the mixer stops, you'll find her walking her lab-shepherd cross Marcus or ripping it up on the slopes with her snowboard.
